Joseph, a co-founder of A1R, is a nationally respected program builder. Best known for coaching and development of Bronny and Bryce James and creating the elite AAU programs Strive For Greatness and Blue Chips. Through those programs, he’s helped develop and showcase some of the most talented players in the country, building a reputation for demanding standards, detailed skill work, and a real understanding of what it takes to succeed at the next level.
Joseph has played a key role in building the brands of high-profile athletes such as Kevin Concepcion and Daniel Harris, helping position them for long-term success both on and off the field. He has been directly involved in structuring and executing seven figures worth of NIL deals, leveraging his relationships with families, brands, and decision-makers to turn early exposure into real economic opportunity.

Anthony Raia, Managing Partner
Anthony is an NBPA-certified agent and co-founder of A1R, bringing a rare blend of analytics, scouting, and relationship-driven representation. Before launching A1R, Anthony cut his teeth in basketball and football analytics and film breakdown, building a data-backed approach to evaluating talent. He has worked with numerous overseas players across Europe and other international markets, advising on contract structure, career strategy, and pathways back to the NBA and G League. Combining deep scouting experience, a modern understanding of advanced metrics, and a growing global network of coaches, teams, and decision-makers, Anthony is focused on building A1R into a player-first agency that maximizes both on-court opportunity and off-court earning potential.
Anthony has negotiated seven figures in NIL deals across college football and basketball, working with high-profile athletes, collectives, and brands.

James Landry, NFLPA Agent (Impact Sports Agency)
James is an NFL Certified Agent, attorney, and co-founder of Impact Sports Agency, where he specializes in comprehensive athlete representation spanning contract negotiation, review, and long-term career strategy. His approach emphasizes both on-field success and off-field brand development, helping athletes maximize earnings and marketability throughout their careers.
In addition to his agency work, James is the Principal Attorney at Landry Legal, PLLC, advising athletes, creators, and businesses on intellectual property protection, contracts, and risk management. At A1R, James provides strategic guidance on player representation, contract structure, and legal strategy, bringing a critical blend of NFL certification, agency experience, and legal expertise to support athlete success.

Dante Cortello, NFLPA Agent (Impact Sports Agency)
Dante is an attorney, sports agent, and executive with deep experience across athlete representation, sports law, and litigation. He is the Founder of the Cortello Law Firm, a New Orleans–based boutique practice providing modern, client-focused legal solutions, with experience spanning sports and entertainment, personal injury, and insurance disputes.
Dante is also a Co-Founder of Impact Sports Agency and the former CEO of Cortello Sports & Entertainment, where he represented professional football players, coaches, and college athletes in NIL matters. His background uniquely bridges legal strategy and player representation, giving him firsthand insight into contract structuring, risk mitigation, and long-term athlete advocacy.

Steven Thompson, Football Operations Manager
Steven is a professional football coach, talent evaluator, and strategic advisor with extensive experience across player development, scouting, and football operations. He currently serves as Linebackers Coach for the Memphis Showboats (USFL), bringing direct pro-level insight into athlete development and performance.
He is the Founder of Enforcer Linebacker Academy, one of the nation’s leading linebacker development programs, having helped develop 70+ college and professional athletes through individualized, position-specific training. Steven also serves as Director of Scouting at Integrity Scouting Report, evaluating elite football talent throughout the Western U.S. and Pacific regions for college programs.
At A1R, Steven focuses on player and coach development and represntaion using extensive experience in the football world to make sure A1R clients are maximizing their careers.

David White, Coaching Operations Manager
David is a veteran football coach and recruiting leader with more than two decades of experience across Power-5 college football and elite high school programs. He previously served as an Assistant Football Coach and Recruiting Coordinator at the University of Oklahoma, where he helped land the No. 2 recruiting class in the country, and as Running Backs Coach at the University of Nevada, gaining deep insight into roster building, player evaluation, and staff operations at the collegiate level.
David has also held multiple Head Football Coach and Athletic Director roles nationwide and spent several years with Football University and the All-American Games, overseeing national player identification, combines, and elite events across the Central United States.
At A1R, David focuses on the representation and advisement of football coaches, leveraging his firsthand experience in high-level recruiting, contract negotiation dynamics, and program leadership to support coaches in career strategy, transitions, and professional advocacy.

Adarious Jones, NIL Advisor, Football
Adarious is a former Division I defensive lineman and now an athlete recruitment and management professional at A1R. He played college football at Texas A&M and the University of Memphis, competing at the highest level of college football and gaining firsthand experience in elite programs and locker rooms.
Following his playing career, Adarious transitioned into athlete representation, bringing a player-first perspective to recruiting, evaluation, and day-to-day athlete management. At A1R, he works directly with athletes and their families to support recruitment strategy, career planning, and off-field development, helping players navigate the modern NIL and professional landscape with insight from someone who has lived it.

Jay Coleman, Basketball Player Development
Jay leads basketball player development at A1R, bringing elite-level training experience and a proven track record of developing high-level talent. He has worked with and trained NBA players including Trey Murphy III and Marques Bolden, focusing on skill development, on-court IQ, and pro-level preparation.
At A1R, Jay supports athletes at every stage of their careers by designing individualized development plans that translate training into game performance. His approach emphasizes consistency, accountability, and long-term growth, helping players maximize their potential both on and off the court.
